At Gîtes Le Chézeau, we want every guest to feel welcome and comfortable. Our cottages are traditional stone‑built properties with original features, and while we aim to support guests with different needs, some aspects of the buildings and grounds may present challenges for those with reduced mobility.
The front and back areas of the cottages have original cobblestones, which are slightly uneven due to their age and historic character.
Both cottages are traditional stone buildings, and internal layouts reflect the original structure.
Bathrooms are located upstairs in both cottages.
Daisy Cottage includes a downstairs shower room, but it is not designed as an accessible bathroom and may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility needs.
Doorways are standard width and may not accommodate certain mobility aids.
Access routes may include steps and uneven ground.
On‑site parking is available close to the accommodation.
Assistance dogs are welcome.
We aim to make our website easy to use for all visitors by following good accessibility practices, including:
Clear, readable text
High‑contrast colours
Straightforward navigation
Alt text on images where appropriate
Compatibility with most modern browsers and devices
If you experience any difficulty using our website, please let us know so we can improve it.
We are very happy to answer questions about accessibility before you book. Please contact us if you would like more information about:
